Fried gluten free cheese ravioli

I admit I burnt the first batch of ravioli. I mixed together two eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper in a bowl. I used the Alexia Italian bread crumbs and put them on a plate. I dipped the ravioli in the egg mixture and then rolled them on the bread crumbs. I preheated vegetable oil in a pan for two minutes on medium heat (I burnt them on medium high). Cook in pan for 2-3 minutes on each side I put a lid on the pan while cooking. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
